**Payment Plan Policy**

**1. Introduction:**
This Payment Plan Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the 6-month contract payment plan offered by Websphere Designs. Clients engaging with our services through the Websphere Designs website are subject to the following policies outlined herein.

**2. Payment Schedule:**
- The contract duration is 6 months.
- An initial payment of £195 is required upfront upon the commencement of the contract.
- Subsequent payments of £195 will be automatically deducted on the 1st of each month for the duration of the contract.

**3. Early Contract Termination:**
- Should the client choose to terminate the contract before the completion of the 6-month term, a cancellation fee will be applicable.
- The cancellation fee amounts to 50% of the remaining contract balance.
- The client must settle the cancellation fee within 15 days of the contract termination date.

**4. Payment Method:**
- Payments will be processed electronically using the payment method provided by the client at the onset of the contract.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and currency of their payment information throughout the contract period.

**5. Late Payments:**
- We reserve the right to suspend services in the case of late payments.
